What are Amari’s check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at Amari by Vivere is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges — please request in advance via email or phone.
Is the rooftop pool open to guests?
Our rooftop infinity pool is open to all in-house guests daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at no extra charge. The view is of the limestone cliffs above El Nido town.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served at A. Cliff Kitchen, our rooftop restaurant. It is included with direct bookings (via our website or reservations team).
Can I upgrade my room on arrival?
Yes, subject to availability. Speak to our front desk on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate you in a Family Room or suite.
